If you're not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. This applies to your initial subscription and covers genuine dissatisfaction with the service.

3. What's Not Refundable

Refunds do not apply to: renewals after the initial 7-day period, add-on purchases, domain registrations (if any), or accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Chargebacks
