2. Service Description
Inalha Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting services, including server provisioning, hosting infrastructure, backups, and support. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, illegal content, malicious activity, and disruption of our infrastructure.
5. Payments and Billing
Paid plans require payment in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We may change pricing with notice. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that threatens the stability or security of our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inalha Hosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
